Course Objective :

 

On completion of this course the participants will understand the importance of their roles in office management and be able to discharge the day to day duties responsibilities systematically and effectively.

 

Course Content :

 

Office procedure - Receipts, Noting & Drafting, Filling systems including Guard files, Record management. Office Management- Responsibilities of staff, Surprise inspection, Forms, Reports, Returns, Attendance and Punctuality, Security instructions, Service book.

Financial management - Entitle of employees, Salary & wages, OT, HRA, TA, LTC, GPF, CPF, CGEIGS, CGHS, Medical, Children education allowances, Income Tax, Audit procedure and reply to audit queries.

Budget procedure - Preparation of budget,. Recruitment & Promotion- DPC and its activities, Recruitment procedure, Roster, Conduct & Discipline rules, Grievance procedures.

Welfare measures - Retirement benefits and Payment of dues to deceased govt. servants/ pensioner. Purchase procedure, Store procedures and Store accounting, Use of computer in office, Rajbhasa implementation, Leadership, Communication & Team building.

 

Category of Participants: Staffs (Gr. C) LDC, UDC and others from govt. offices & organizations who follow CCS rules.

 

Course duration : 2 Weeks.
